On my android app, I have a gear icon where my profile picture should be. Then on the lower right I have the word "you" next to the "premium" icon. When I log in to the same app with a different profile I get the normal layout, with the profile picture and no "you" on the bottom. How do I fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

@Mikey10974 Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reporting this situation with the Fitbit app. I saw this reported on the German board too. It seems to be a display issue within the app and now according to your test, it is affecting only some profiles. What happened when you logged back into your account? Still no profile picture?

 

Please make sure your Fitbit app is up to date. A new version was released recently. Please be so kind to check your smartphone´s app store.

Hi Rodrigo!

I tried deleting the cache, data, and even the app. When I download the app
again I get the same results.

Then I tried signing in on 3 different devices. All three devices showed
the same result, with the gear icons instead of my profile picture. All
three devices show my brother and my wife correctly. Very strange!
