I'm getting error Notification service not running on my Android phone.. It doesnt work even after restart.. I do have latest version of app installed.. Can someone help me out please ..

First, I appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Same problem here. I have restarted my phone a dozen times. I have disabled and enabled bluetooth. I have restart my Fitbit (Ionic). I have deleted my Ionic from the app and reinstalled it. I have made sure that my android (galaxy s9 plus) has given my fitbit app all the necessary permissions. Nothing has helped. I am getting zero notifications on my Fitbit. Please help.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many days since then? You're not receiving notifications at all or just one type of them? If possible, please send me a screenshot of your messages app settings so I can verify that all of them are correctly configured. Please refer to this post to share the screenshot.
