Syncing difficulties after Fitbit app update

The new Fitbit dashboard and it's syncing capabilities is horrible!  It crashes and it takes multiple attempts to download the information from my device. Please go back to the old format!!

The dashboard was changed to access all your stats and information in a way that’s more dynamic, integrated, and highly personalized. To better assist you with the syncing difficulties you're experiencing, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Looking forward to your reply.

I agree. Worked great on my LG G6 Android until this new update. What a fiasco. Lovely how software freaks think that "if it ain't broke ... well fix it anyway" or screw it up.
