Please note that there was a general issue related to the food log. This has been resolved with the latest Fitbit app update. If you are still experiencing the issue you described above, please be so kind to head to the app store in your smartphone and search for the Fitbit app. If there is an update available, please proceed to install it. You can then try to log food again and see if it works.
