Getting "Connection Error: Network Operation Failed"

Connection Errror: Network Operation Failed - no network connection please check...

 

Please tell me the solution to this. Nothing on the forum works...I have connectivity here.   Checked security permissions, etc.  Wont let me set up or login

@ReboundFit Welcome back to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the settings checked prior to posting. 

 

I'd like you to follow these steps: 

 

- Restart your router

- Log out and back into the Fitbit app 

- Toggle Bluetooth Off and On

- Change your network connection 

- Restart your Fitbit device
