Getting texts and calls on Alta HR

How do I get text and call notifications on my Alta HR? I have a Samsung Galaxy S8. I have googled this many times and it says to go to notifications on the app and set it up from there but when I do that, there is no option to choose text or calls.

From app dashboard, click 'Account' icon near top right, then click 'Alta HR'.  Click 'Notifications' to see the options.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I was having the same problem with my Galaxy Note 9, but found a solution. Instead of going to Account and clicking on Notifications listed under Privacy & Security, do this:

Go to Account > under Devices, click Alta HR > under General, click Notifications > there you will find Calls, Text Messages, and Calendar and there are buttons to turn them on. Hope this works for you!
