Getting to heart rate charts problem

It seems very hit and miss as to whether tapping on a chart for a day will get me the next screen, is there a trick to it?  Screen shots to show what screens I mean below. I tap on the heart rate chart for the day concerned, sometimes it gives me the next screen, most of the time it doesn't.

It may be a problem with your Tablet, @Thyla.  I quit using the App on my LG G Tablet because of those types of problems - the tablet continued to run out of memory and would simply stop performing whatever function I was trying to do. My HTC One phone does not have that problem.

@Thyla To clarify, what happens when "it doesn't give you the next screen?"

I am not sure why it will not give you the selected day's graph when you click on any of teh graphs below the chart. I have never had it not open the specifc day's graph. Has this been an ongoing problem.

Absolutely nothing at all, it just doesn't respond in any way. It just
seems rather random but I have only been playing with it a couple of weeks.

Thanks USAF-Larry, knowing it is not systemwide is helpful. As I said I am new to the app and I always get there eventually, it just is non responsive much more than responsive on my tablet. I just played with it on my phone and it is fine there. I'll try a reinstall on the tablet.

A reinstall hasn't changed it, still a dozen or so tries before anything moves, older dates seem easier to access and once I have been to one day all others are accessible, including today.

As a newbie I was just curious about it more than anything, I always get in eventually.

Thanks for your time

Hi @Thyla, welcome aboard to our Community. I agree with @USAF-Larry as this might be the tablet is running low performance to show your graphs. I'm mentioning this because I had the same issue with one of my devices. I have an iPod touch with old specs, so when I try to see my step chart or any other graphs that require more resources of the device to load the information; it takes a while or in some occasions it doesn't show anything, until I force quit the app.

Depending of your tablet model killing the app may vary but you can try this if the issue persist. The best way to do this is by restarting your tablet and trying again.

Keep me posted how it goes so far, I'll be around if you need more help.
