Hi @MikeF24Oz, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! In this case despite Goodlife Gym App is listed as fully compatible with Fitbit, but this integration is not officially listed among our third party integrations. However there are tons of apps that use our Open API to integrate their service with ours.
The difference is that we do not have further details of its functionality or how the data is shared across with your Fitbit Dashboard. Note that fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. It's up to the owner of the third party app to implement or update features for their app, so it's safe to assume that the owner of the app is the one to contact if you're interested in seeing the integration improved.
Hope this provide a little bit of information. See you around!

Hello Roberto:
Thank you for your reply. In a recent communication with
Godlife they told me that the app is being updated and that the
update will address this issue. i hope so. i like the gym but
the app in not very good as it is.
i notice on their activity feed that i often see
"Name has just synced 2h:35min of activity using FitBit! "
it looks like there is a workaround, any thoughts ?

Hello there @MikeF24Oz, thank you for keep me updated regarding the integration of Goodlife Gym App. My apologies for the late response too.
I was reading what you shared on your post and it seem they are working to get this fix. Now regarding the activity feed you saw, I'm not quite sure if there is a workaround.
Usually the recommended workaround with most third party integrations that are not sending or syncing your data, is to revoke the access of the app in question from your Application settings using the web-dashboard and connecting the app gain. Sometimes the integration stop sending data either from Fitbit or vice versa and by revoking the access it refresh the token for its communication.
However here we have confirmation from the developer that the app is not sharing data due to the change of OATH policy, so I believe revoking the access won't do any good; it will not hurt to give it a try though.
See you soon and as always let me know how it goes.
