Hello there @Bw0274, thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community! I saw you are experiencing issues with the notifications on your Blaze. However I'm wondering when you refer to text box, are you only seeing that you received a new message with no message on it?
If this is the case review the following:
- Open your "Messages" app on your Android device.
- Go to "Settings."
- Click on "Notifications."
- Make sure there is a checkmark next to "Preview Message"
