Google Account Password Cant Reset?

I set up an account online using the google clickable link. It didn't ask for a password or anything, just set up the account. When I try to log into the app on my Android, it's asking for email and password. There is no "google" button on the app to log in the same way. I tried to reset password and it said that it was unable to reset google account passwords. 

I tried my google account password to log into the app and it's saying incorrect. 

Please help!

Device is InspireHR

Phone is a Galaxy A13, Phone is up to date.

Before you go any further! 

IN the app you MUST use the "Change your account to Google" option ( or something like that) That is the only way to link the old login to the new login!

After that you have to log out of the app before it asks you to log in again.

Aftert that you should be able to log in using the google button ( Your request is transferred tot Google , the same as Facebook does. ) 

I hope your "new" account is not conflicting to this! Let us hear your experience!

PS it has nothing to do with Phone or Device
