I just updated my Fitbit app after doing some research, and I am still unable to get text alerts.
WhatsApp messages work, and so do phone calls, but texts will not show up for some reason.
I've done my fair amount of troubleshooting, triple checked all notifications were on, so please skip that part of the advice.
I'm reading a lot of issues with the most recent update, so as long as Fitbit can confirm this is an issue to be fixed and I'm not somehow missing anything, I'll be patient lol.
I've got the latest version for my phone and app as well. Any way to fix this now?
