Google Pixel 3a syncing issues.

I just got the Pixel 3a recently, and switching over was fine. After the most recent Fitbit update, my phone hasn't synced to my Ionic. I tried all the troubleshooting Android guides, but my watch won't sync.

 

Last effort, I had my account forget my Ionic so I could set it up like new, but it doesn't show up at all as an option. It says to plug in the watch, but gives me errors after that.

Update: I am able to sync to my iPhone app on my old phone, but it doesn't solve my problem.
