Google Play Store not downloading Fitbit app

Hi,

I tried to download the Fitbit app through the Google Play Store and am receiving the following error message:

Can't download app

"Fitbit" can't be downloaded. Try again, and if the problem continues, get help troubleshooting. (Note: I went to the link here and through all the troubleshooting steps but nothing worked).

(Error while retrieving information from server. [DF-DLA-26]).

Welcome to the Forums @mmmladen.

In this case I'd say that it is best to get in touch with Google directly as this is related to the Play Store and not the Fitbit app itself. You can click here to see their support page.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi @Jamie_Laly  for the moment the best you can do is to follow @LanuzaFitbit 's advice.

(Broken Fitbits One, Charge 2 and 3). Using Charge 4 and Garmin fēnix 6. App vs 4.41. Android 14
