Google Play require a registration (sign in) to download an App. This require to share my data with Google. The question is: can I download the fitbit app, directly from the fitbit.com web site, whitout Google Play? thanks

Only from the Google Play store, I believe.  I didn't think you could do anything with an Android phone without using a Google account.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yes, there is a means of downloading the app from another site (the last version: 2.77 is the only one available right now), but I cannot provide the link because the Fitbit community will not allow me to post it here. I can try to send it to you in a PM, but I do not know if that will work either.

Thanks fo the reply! But, another web site could put trojan or malware in the application file. I wish to have the official version, from the official web site. For example, whatsup, provide (in the web site) the latest version of its official app.

Not at all. It IS the official version, just an alternate site to get it. I use the site all the time for apps, and have NEVER gotten a "trojan."

But whatever... Go register with Google to get it, or put it on a Windows 10 computer through the Windows store.
