Google Watch not Syncing for One Day A Week

My Google Pixel watch didn't collect any data last week and today. The watch itself is recording data that I can see, but the app is (1) showing very old data and (2) not updating. It's like Wednesday doesn't exist for it, or it's frozen on a random Wednesday in the past. I've disconnected Bluetooth and reattached it, I've paired and repaired the watch and nothing has worked.
