Hi, @Perjak welcome to the community, you may find this article of interest How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center There's a lot of information here, follow the additional links, note you need to be at rest for about an hour before the Fitbit recognises you are asleep, if you are a restless sleeper this may interrupt the process.
Let us know how you get on by posting here again.
Cheers

@Gr4ndp4 Thanks for your input. @Perjak Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about your sleep log.
Please note that Fitbit devices will detect sleep once you are in a still posistion. It can be that at the beginning of your sleep you might still move around. That will prevent the device from recognizing sleep. Remember that we do not fall asleep immediately. The normal time it takes most people to fall asleep at night is between 10 and 20 minutes. Of course, there are certain nights this time may be more or less. Several factors come into play. Note that you can always edit the sleep log. Change the start time and you will be able to see the updated chart.

Hi @Perjak
As @RodrigoMFitbit mentioned, you can edit your sleep start time in the Fitbit app. If you haven't done this before, here are the steps:
It's been my experience that it can take some time for your sleep log to update in the app, including sleep score & stages - around an hour or so.
