I have a question @Puppy28 do you get any error messages? If so, what would the error be?

What card is it and what country are you in? The Versa 2 was using fitbit pay, and I think your only option now is to use Google Pay. Have you checked this list

Hello, did you ever figure out how to fix this issue? i have the same issue. Fitbit Pay was working fine, i since then tried updating to Google Pay because I was basically forced now i can't add a card to my fitbit. I tried with two different credit cards that are under the approved banking list and still no success. I live in California and tried adding AMEX and Discover.

Please respond, this is so frustrating.

I managed to disable Wallet and now can't add anything.  What a cluster**ahem**.  And it doesn't allow me to enter a screen shot of what I see. This has been ongoing the entire month.  Thankfully I stopped using it to pay.

Device is a Charge 5.

Gr4ndp4, yes, I tried that and while those instructions are not exact, they lead me to the same spot...
"An error has occurred.  Please try again".  I think the only option is to remove my device and add it again, but again, since I am no longer paying with it, screw it.
