Got logged out and can't log back in

It was all good yesterday, synched okay and everything, but when I woke up this morning, the app logged me out and I can't log back in again.

I went to reset my password and still wouldn't work. However, on the web Fitbit, I could log in with my Facebook account. In the app though, there's no Facebook login option.

 

I have a Google Pixel, Android updated

This is bull**ahem**... I didn't do anything, I sync everyday and now I can't log in and I'm gonna lose many days of data.

Yes. I have to log-in everyday. It's ridiculous.

I am having the same issue. I opened the app this morning on my phone and it wouldn't sync. After restarting my phone it said I needed to log in, but says my email or password are invalid. I am able to log in on my computer with no issue using the same credentials.

 

Phone Details:

Carrier - Verizon

Model - Samsung SM-G930V

System Software - G930VVRU4BQC5 (updated 5/15/2017)

Fitbit Version 2.49 (updated 5/20/2017)

When sync'ing all data is safe on the account.

 

The trackers can hold up to 23 days of data, 7 additional days but not minute to minute detail (steps,..).. before it's overwritten if not able to sync for a longer time..

I uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, installed the app again and was able to log in today. Not sure if it will stay logged in. I will follow up after a few days, or if I run into issues before that. I hope this helps the original poster and anyone else that encounters this problem.

Tried that... still doesn't work.

It still keeps on saying my username or password is invalid... but then I can log into here with the exact same username+pwd without issue.

 

Saw somewhere else that says even though there isn't an option to log in with Facebook, you should still use the exact same logins as Facebook... which I did and still DOES NOT WORK...

wth lol seriously... I've had fitbit for over a year and this has never happened before.
