My call notifications don't come through and I can't get the greeting to set. The notifications worked one time.

Welcome to the Community @Jesskorta. If your calls notifications feature is not working, I recommend following our Calls Notifications troubleshoot directly from your Android Fitbit app. I also suggest checking if your phone is a Compatible Mobile Device. Now about the greeting, you will be able to see at the moment of taking out the tracker of the charging cable.
