It will show who's calling me, but won't show sender or message on bracelet. I have tried pairing it twice, shut my phone off, reinstalled the app, made sure all notifications are turned on including the one on the bracelet screen. I have it picked to say to sender and message but it just keeps coming up with message/ new message.

Hello @Kkerner17, nice to have you here as a new member of the Fitbit Community! I've seen you have tried several troubleshooting steps to address this issue. However I would like you to try the following suggestions:
- Unpair your tracker from your mobile device. You can unpair your tracker in your mobile device's Bluetooth settings. If you are unsure how to verify or change settings for your mobile device, refer to instructions provided by your device manufacturer. For most Android mobile devices, tap Settings > Bluetooth, find your tracker in the list of paired devices, and then tap Forget or Forget Device to unpair your tracker.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- In the Fitbit app, tap Allow notifications access and allow access to the Fitbit Notification Service, and then turn on call, text, or calendar notifications.
Let me know how it goes, see you until the next opportunity.
