HR data not syncing only on Mondays!

• Fitbit Charge 2, on samsung s9. For the last 2 weeks only, heart rate doesn't sync only on Mondays! On tuesday and other days all works as normal. Anyone have the same issue?
• All the rest data syncing ok  every day.

Thanks for bringing this up. I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on. 

If possible, could you share some screenshots of how it is showing on Mondays?

In the meantime I'd recommend that you try to log out of your account and then log back in. That will force the app to reload all data from the servers and thus display properly.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I can't find a way to share screenshots on this forum? Im choosing camera where it says insert edit picture but no way to attach it?

On Monday it does not show at all only in Heart rate. In shows Sunday 56, Tuesday 55, wed 55 etc, like no heart record on Monday. All other data is fine on all days.

Thanks for reaching back with those details.

If you tap on the HR tile, do you see information logged from Mondays? It is possible that the HR is being tracked and logged to the servers but the app is not the one not showing them.

In addition to that I'd like to recommend that you try uninstalling the app and then installing it again to make sure that everything is loading properly.
