Hello @theoneali, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Robot tongue I really appreciate your feedback, I will definitely pass this information along to our team, 'cause as you may know, on the compatible devices list, we have the HTC One M9 but not the next model, the HTC One M9 Plus. So to be honest with you, I would love to see more models available on this list. In the meantime you can set up your Charge 2 on a computer. Also, I suggest you to keep an eye on the updates and constantly try to sync your tracker with your phone, sometimes Fitbit doesn't update the list right away when new models are added as compatible.

Let me know if you have further comments!

Hi @daisy_primrose, it is great to see new members around the Community! 🙂 The HTC One M7 is on the compatible devices list so it should be syncing fine if you have installed the the Android operation system 4.3 or newer. If your Fitbit isn't syncing, I suggest you to take a look at the tips in this post. Let me know if that works. Or if you have other issues, let me know, so I can help you out. 😉

Have a nice day!

Thanks for getting back to me @theoneali! I totally understand you. It'll be great that Fitbit enlarge the compatible devices list as fast as they can. In the meantime, I suggest you to keep an eye on the updates and try to set up/sync your Charge 2 with that phone, 'cause sometimes, it takes a little bit for our team to add certain model into the list even when the phone is already one of them. So I just need you to be patient.

Have a great day!
