Half bar of death!!!!

Apparently the problem I'm having is called THE HALF BAR OF DEATH...I've charged my hr fully...restarted my Fitbit and stopped n started bloothtooth...still not working as soon as it goes on my wrist aghhhhhh!!!!!!

It's only 3 yrs old...

Any help would be greatly appreciated

@Kozzie69 your asking a hardware question in the App forum. May I ask which Fitbit model that you have?

@Susan749 what is the problem that your having?

I have the fitbit HR model...I've charged it right up...everything looks ok till I put on my wrist then I get this half line through the screen...as if its updating but stuck...tried deleting app...turning off bluetooth...nothing is rectifying the problem

Sorry but Fitbit has several models with Heart Rate. Which Fitbit HR do you have?
