Hello @Walkersj, good to see you again in the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post and the only reason will explain why you are not able to see your tiles, is because your tracker is not paired to your account or it was unpaired from your Dashboard. However I saw on your community profile you have a Fitbit Surge as a paired device so I'm wondering if this is correct?

I would like to recommend to follow these steps in case the issue persists. Some of the steps are similar of what you have tried already but the additional steps might be of your help.

Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.

The other solution would be to set up your tracker as a new device. Just make sure to sync before you proceed and do not remove your tracker from your account. The following post will give you the steps in case you need them.

See you around and hope this helps.

Thank you . It didn't work. Have also deleted and reloaded the app. I don't get option to add tiles. I'm using android on a Samsung note 4. Note that on iPad and windows phone I have all tiles.
Suspect it's an android app problem?

Hi there @Walkersj, since its been a few days since our last interaction, I'm wondering how it goes? Is the issue still persisting?

In case it does would you mind to share a couple of screenshots of how it looks your Fitbit app? In case you need more details to learn how to upload screenshots use the following post as a walkthrough. This will allow me to have a closer look of the issue to find a solution.

See you later and for more questions, just let me know.

Same happened to me.  Let my battery run down to flat.  After recharging found half my tiles gone on dashboard.  Have they been reduced by a recent update?  I have an Alta and no longer have steps or sleep on mine.  No menu on dashboard available!!!!  What is going on.  Does anyone know?
