Has Anyone Else Had Trouble with Notifications on the Fitbit Android App?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using the Fitbit app on my Android phone for a while, but recently I’ve noticed that my notifications aren’t coming through as they should. I’ve checked my settings, and everything seems to be enabled, but sometimes I still don’t get app alerts or reminders.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on how to get the notifications working properly again?

Are you not getting alerts/notifications for your phone apps or is the problem with the Fitbit app alerts & reminders?

If it's Fitbit app alerts & reminders, which ones are you not getting? Have you tried clearing the cache for the Fitbit app on your phone?
