Hi, @katiec1987! S8 is specifically on the compatibility list and a lot of people do use it for Fitbit. What specifically is your issue? Have you followed the setup instructions from Fitbit?

Hi Katiec.

I synced a Note8 by following the steps in the setup. Slightly different device but not by much. Have you tried going back and starting over?
