I have noticed an issue when I have multiple devices connected. I wear the Charge HR for workouts and the Alta HR for the rest of the day and sleeping. I have been noting the step count on the display before opening the app to sync. After syncing, the app adds more steps which then ups the steps on the device I am wearing, yet I have not physically taken any more steps. A few times it only increase by about 30 - 40 steps, but once it increased by 122! I tested by removing a device and only having one connected. When only one was connected, the sync always matched the device's display and never changed the display count. If I want a more accurate step count, which also then effects the calories burned, I need to remove from my account the device I'm not using and then add the one I am. To do this every day is not practical. I assume it is an app error which needs to be fixed.

Now it just took away 8 steps after syncing. I don't understand why the change in step count keeps happening on the device's display, yet only when I have two connected.

This time I had one device charging on the computer and the other just sitting on the dresser. Opened the app about 15 minutes later to see that 17 steps was added when I wasn't wearing either of the devices! It makes me wonder how often random steps are just being added, and if it ends up being several 100 by the end of the day, that effects the calorie burn.

Once again, another 100 steps added while I wasn't wearing either device. I had hoped the latest Android update would have fixed the issue, but apparently not. And still no response from any tech support with what might be going on.
