Health Metrics Tile on the app wont open

Hey, 

I am using the PW2 and Google pixel 8 pro with fitbit premium and signing in with Google

Everything on the app works perfectly except the health metrics tile.  When I click on it , it flashes to denote a click but then nothing happens. I can access skin temperature but only by opening it on the watch app and pressing 'open on app'. This seems to trigger the skin temp page to open on the phone app. I would be happy if i could do the same with HRV but that doesnt appear to be on the watch app. 

i have gone through several other posts and tried all of the troubleshooting like allowing all app permissions, unrestricted data access, unrestricted battery, clearing the cache, logging out, uninstalling the app, restarting the phone.

@Jboy9000 , I've heard of this kind of strange occurences before. In other apps on several phones. It can make one crazy.
And I'm afraid it is not the app itself.
So, no solution. You've done all the right things already.It's definitely the user interface that doesn't work in your case. 

I have an absurd idea. Try to tap it on an other part of your screen, like scroll it to the top, tap on the left, the middle or the right.
Or place the tile to the top or to the bottom, so re-arrange the tiles.

My wife always says to me: "Come over here, then it will work."  (And then it works)
I checked, double checked. In my phone it works. But your solutions don't work in my case.

But when you have skin temperature, can you got to the "before" screen (left arrow on top of your screen)?

Yes it's unbelievably annoying- Definitely a Fitbit issue as I have the
same issue with the Fitbit app on my Chromebook.

It was a good suggestion to try tapping different locations, and the going
back a step from skin temperature, but sadly no joy.

Hopefully it gets sorted with an update, although I won't hold my breath

Am I right in saying that BR and HRV are not tiles that are available on
the watch app?

Hi, @Jboy9000 welcome, you may find this article of interest What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app? . In particular, it may not not be available in all regions. Can you tell us where you are?

I'm based in Ireland so it should all be working fine.

 I think you mean the health statistics? Then NO they are only available in the app for as far as I can see.
