Health Metrics in app

I had an Alta HR and knew Health Metrics did not work with it.  But, I just got the Inspire 2 yesterday and still nothing happens when I click on it in the app.  I am a premium prescriber, have made sure all is updated, turned my phone off and on, rebooted my fitbit.  What am I missing?

Thanks for stopping by, @pattyfb.

I appreciate the details in your post and the troubleshooting performed. Do you mean that the Health Metrics' tile is not loading? If that's the case, you can try the following:

1. Log out from the Fitbit app.

2. Force close the Fitbit app by going to your phone's Settings > Apps > Fitbit.

3. Restart your phone and login again.

Hope this helps!

I see this in my app.  But, clicking on it does nothing.

Hi, @pattyfb.

Thanks for the update. If the troubleshooting provided above didn't work, please try removing the tile by tapping on Edit and tap the "X" mark. Then add it again from Discover > Health & Fitness Stats > Health Metrics > Add to Today. As a last resource you can try removing the Fitbit app and download it again, but only if your phone has Android 8 or higher.

Catch you later.

I've tried everything above this one.

Now I deleted and tried to add back (I have Android version 10 on Samsung S9) and when I go under Health and Fitness Stats, Health Metrics does not show for me to add.

I could try deleting the entire app and starting over, but now I'm afraid ill lose everything.

Hi, @pattyfb.

Thanks for the update. When you tap on Edit, have you checked if the Health Metrics tile is at the bottom with a plus "+" icon next to it? If you see it there, you can tap on the plus icon to add the tile back to Today. Regard reinstalling the app, your data from today or previous days is not erased when you remove the app since that information is stored in your Fitbit's account.

See you around.

This last option of looking under Edit showed it and I could add it.  It does open now when I click on it, unlike before.  Although, there is no data.  But, I might need to wait overnight to get data.

Thank you.
