I was told to download the latest version of the FitBit app to remedy this . The latest version is stated as 3.86, however, when I download the Fitbit app on Google Play Store I get the 3.85.1 version. Im not even certain this will help. I tried restarting my fitbit, restarted my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, and deleting my info on the app without success. I have the SP02 app installed. I cannot search or find a SP02 clock face but don't know if that's necessary. I only wear the Fitbit during the day but I still feel like it should give me the SP02 readings and skin temperature etc. Anyone have a solution,????

@Sausage83 Thanks for the swift reply. There is currently no device that can track daytime or give you an immediate SpO2 reading.
I appreciate your feedback regarding the advertising of the health metrics. I was going through it (Fitbit Health Metrics) and some parts of the explanation do not mention it is during sleep time only. However, some do specify it is while you sleep. I can understand the confusion though. I am not part of the development team, but rest assured that Fitbit is always looking for ways to improve our products.

@Sausage83 your Fitbit only measures skin temperature and SpO2 at night while your asleep. Neither of those metrics are measured during the day. If you are not wearing your Fitbit overnight, it will not record SpO2 or skin temperature and those metrics will not be reported.

@alexthecat Thanks for the explanation. That is true, SpO2 and other health metrics will be measured during sleep time only.
@Sausage83 Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about the health metrics on the Fitbit app. Please note that these metrics will be claculated with your sleep data. Your Fitbit device measures your SpO2 levels while you sleep using red and infrared sensors on the back of the device. If you do not wear the device to sleep, it will not calculate the health metrics.
Here you can find more information about this:
About the Fitbit App version, please note that until yesterday the v3.86 was released to all users. The Google Play Store will soon show it to you too. I appreciate your patience. I was informed that your inquiry has been submitted with support. Stay in contact with them, they will help you out!
