@GKF55 Nice to see you in the forums again. Thanks for reaching out regarding the health metrics on the Fitbit app.

I recommend you take a look at the following article: . I assume you still receive an SpO2 reading, since there is a specific app and sensor for that. The other metrics are calculated differently. Make sure to try all the tips outlined in the article above.

I assume your Fitbit tracker is syncing with the app, correct? Do you see your activities and active (not zone) minutes in the web dashboard, to know everything is syncing properly?

Try logging out of the app; force the app closed (app settings) and clear the app cache. The re-launch the app, and log in.

I can only makes guesses from the limited information provided. I would suggest some screenshots for the web and app dashboards showing the issues and discrepancies.

My zone minutes seem to be working but the health metrics are showing no data except for the sp02.  I've force stopped, cleared cache, uninstalled,  reinstalled and everything else recommended.   It's odd the sp02 is showing but not the others.  It worked fine up until a few days ago.

I called support and found out my fitbit changed from wear on wrist to wear on clip.  Went thru settings, rebooted and everything is fine now.  I just walked to make sure my zone come up. Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device
