Health metrics tile won't open

I've had my Inspire 3 for about 3 weeks, it's tracking sleep and heart rate as well as SO2 (app installed and I can view my current measurement on the watch). My app dashboard has the health metrics tile available, I'm subscribed to Fitbit Premium and I live in a country where health metrics are supported. Since day 1 the tile says 'View your trends' but won't open. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, checked that I have the latest versions on both the app and watch, but can't open my health metrics. Any suggestions?

@SimonelaMeow , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

We released a new app update a few days ago. Please make sure that you have installed. 
Should the issue persist afterwards, go to the settings on your phone >apps> Fitbit app. Clear the cache and restart the phone (off/on)

Do not worry. all synced data will remain safe on your account.

Hi Juan! Thanks for the suggestions.

Clearing the cache and restarting my phone doesn't help, I've tried it multiple times over the last month and again now. Again unistalled and reinstalled the app because no update was available. I'm on version 3.82 which is the latest one coming up in my Google Play Store, this looks like a May 2023 version. Could there be a delay in the rollout of the new version in South Africa where I'm based?

Actually the new app version is the 3.83 for Android .
Being in South Africa shouldn't matter for the release as it's not location based. 

What phone are you using? (Model & operating system version)

Our team was looking why there is a delay for you to download the app, and they informed me that it shouldn't take much longer for it. 

Please keep an eye open for any Fitbit app update available. 

Should the situation still occur  after getting the newest app. Please let us know again.

@JuanFitbit finally got the update! Again cleared the cache and restarted my phone, but no luck in opening my health metrics tile. One of the reasons I got a fitbit is to see my HRV trends and I can't access it which is very frustrating. Please help.
