Heart Rate Graph missing a day

I noticed yesterday that my Heart Rate Graph was not showing although the BPM was working and syncing. The graph has still not appeared this morning and I have tried uninstalling and reloading the app. Is there anything else I can try?

Hi there @JJ57, welcome to our Fitbit forums. All your heart rate graphs will be store on your Heart rate section, if one is missing, make sure your tracker is successfully syncing. Sometimes it could be a delay on loading the information depending on your Internet signal and speed.

Also make sure your tracker was actually reading your Heart rate at the moment you were doing your activity.

I recommend to review your online Dashboard to see if your information is loading there. To access to this data you can use the Activity + Stats tile from the main Dashboard.

Select the Heart icon and change the range of time to "Daily" and go back to date you wan to see (like it shows the screenshot). If your Heart rate information was successfully captured by your tracker and synced in to your account, you will be able to see this information here.

If the information is on your Online Dashboard, but not on your app. Log out from your account using the Fitbit app and restart your phone. Once your phone has loaded, go to your phone settings and access to your app manager options. Look for the Fitbit app; here you need to clear data and clear the cache of the app. When you have done this, log back in to your Fitbit account and review if your heart rate graph has loaded.

I'll be around if you need more help. Keep me posted how it goes.

Thank you Roberto, your suggestions were very helpful and gave me a better insight to how the system works. I still can't figure out what happened last Tuesday in that all my steps etc. were recorded but the heart rate graph for that day is still missing from the app but not the dashboard online. It doesn't really matter it's just one of those things that makes you wonder. It's all working fine now. Thanks again for your help and support.
