Hi,
I used to regularly hit my peak heart rate, however within the last few months I haven't hit my peak once despite putting in just as much, if not more!, effort. I am also now regularly in 'below zones' which has never happened before either.
On investigation, my app tells me that my peak heart rate is 172+ however I was in this in my last workout, at one point reaching 176, however it has been registered as cardio, even though my cardio rate is 141-171.
Can anyone help? Why is it not registering my peak heart rate on my exercise despite it saying I have had a heart rate above my registered peak heart rate levels?
