As the title says, the heart rate graphs (the one you usually get after tapping on your heart rate tile on the dashboard) are no longer showing up. The last graph I get is the one for Friday the 31st of January (3 days ago). However, if I click on the friday graph and then swipe right I can see the graphs for the missing days, so it's clearly saved the data somewhere and it's just not displaying right.
I have tried rebooting the phone, resetting (long reset) the charge 3, and logging out and back in on the app.
I have also recently been diagnosed with SVT (tachycardia) so it's become pretty important for me to track my heart rate. For this to happen now is rather unfortunate.
I have also looked at previous threads regarding this issue but most of them seem to imply the issue resolved itself after two days but mine has been going for an extra day so I thought I would create a thread for it.

Hi there @spanisharmada, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about your heart rate graph and for taking the time to troubleshoot it prior to posting here.
If you're on Android, I'd like you to change the font size on your mobile device to the smallest one to see if that allows you to see the heart rate graph as you usually do.
If the same keeps happening after the steps recommended, please attach a screenshot in your reply so I can take a look into this.
I've moved your post to the Android App as there are more chances to get related replies here.
I'll be around, keep me posted.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi, I could have written your identical post as I have exactly the same problems.
Could you tell me if the problem has been rectified, mine is still the same.
Many Thanks,

Hey, yes. My app fixed itself after 4-5 days I believe. I didn't have to do anything to fix it.
