It seems that my heart rate is not measured accurately when I am doing things on the floor like push-ups, planks, burpees, etc. My heart can be pounding and measure 145 when I am doing something in a standing position, but the minute I move to a floor exercise in HIIT training, my heart rate drops to 110, even though it is still high. It takes 30 or more seconds to get back to the right level after I am upright again. Why is this??

Welcome to the Forums @Lbarthol.
Thanks bringing this up and sharing your experience on the matter.
It is possible that the change in position causes the Fitbit to have a hard time getting a reading for a minute. Keep in mind that the Fitbit uses the lights to track your HR through your skin and changes in position can lead to the reading being off for a moment. I wouldn't worry about it if it is going back to normal after 30 minutes.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
