Heart Rate not recording from Pixel Watch 2

The fitbit app doesn't appear to carry over all heart rate information from the pixel watch 2. Here's two examples. Each day, my heart rate info in the fitbit app only shows data from 4pm onwards despite wearing all day. I originally thought the watch was displaying all day data on the heart rate tile but now im not so sure, uploaded a pic here its almost impossible to see with that scale.

And, I can't see any more information straight after a workout other than the top 3 rows of info (time, calories and workout type) It is however now showing a day later, i've got a screenshot of both.

I've tested again this morning, another exercise and it doesn't show details in the app.

If I go online to try and view it on the website it's there, but clicking on it says something went wrong. So it's not just the app.

Why do we have to wait a day to see our workout data?

Any help or ideas appreciated!

I have been experiencing the same issue with the Pixel watch and the Pixel 7. The Pixel watch shows the heart rate, however, the app doesn't log the heart rate. I can. Fix this by resetting the watch, uninstalling the app, reinstalling the app, and then resyncing with the phone but this feels like a ridiculous solution.

I'm more interested in why it happens, is there a permanent workaround, and what's the priority for fixing this issue as it appears from the forums to be a problem that people have been experiencing in one way or another for years.

Hi

I've found that this has sorted itself out over the last few days, i now see workout data shortly after the workout, and the heart rate data now syncs from all day instead of just a portion of the day. I have rebooted the watch recently and made sure i've got the latest updates all round - it sounds like it was just an issue on the fitbit side of things and is now resolved, for now at least. Hope it comes back for you!
