Heart Rate shows "No measurements"

After latest update (Android Version 2.77) resting heart rate and heart rate graph are not update on my Galaxy S7.

Thanks for bringing this up. 

 

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to log out and force close the app. Then open the app and log back in. That should force the information to be loaded up again.

Already tried that, delete app reinstall, phone on/off, delete cache and data. This is a new problem that has come up after the v2.77 update

I've contacted fitbit through the chat and supposedly they are looking into a solution.
