Heart rate data change after syncing Versa

So today when showering my heart rate went up to 152, as my fitbit versa had shown. Upon syncing it had shown it at 152 like it was, other days when it was over 143 it would show it at around 128 despite the watch saying differently.

At the same time the sections would show me having minutes in cardio without it displaying any data being in it. Today it showed 4 minutes in cardio and had shown me being in cardio.

However after resysncing my watch afterwards the data changed to 138, changing from the 152 the watch had pick up and had synced to the app. This didnt changed the part saying i had 4 minutes in cardio which for my age is 143 and over.

I use a Samsung S9 with Android 9.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
4. Reboot your mobile device.
5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
6. Login using your account credentials.
7. Restart your Fitbit

@RicardoFitbit This has happened 8 times in the i have had the watch it started only the 9 of april, i got the watch on the 8th. These steps did not work or help change it
