Since recent update on my fitbit sense 2 on 21st November 2022 my heart rate data has stopped. Still getting heart rate on both my sense 2 watch and on the fitbit app but not the daily trend data....that all stopped on the 20th after downloading updates!!! I have uninstall the fitbit app and reinstall made no difference.

@amoodley Thanks for reaching out about the hear rate data on the Fitbit app.
Thanks for explanation. However, it is not that clear to me. Do you mean the graph at the top? What exactly is missing, giving that the daily heart rate data is synced and shown. Try logging out from your account and the log back in. That way all information will be loaded onto the app again.

was told this had been a glitch caused by the update but now sorted out.

I just installed the app update and am having this issue. Click Heart Rate in app, and it used to show a real time graph at the top with heart rate over time for the day. Beneath that is a series of graphs from previous days. Now, top graph is empty of data and graph title insinuates the data will be for an entire week.
