Heart rate during exercise reading below zone

I just got a new Versa 2 after my other one died a little over a week ago. After exercising yesterday my app showed that I was 100% below zones during the work out. When I go to the graph though my heart rate was averaged in the 150s with a max of 181. I did not have this problem with my previous versa 2. The heart rate zones are set and on
