Heart rate graph not showing the colors for each zone

Earlier the HR zone graph used to show the different colors (representing different zone). Off late, after workout the HR zone graph is always showing in yellow color (fat burn) no matter my HR has crossed the peak HR

@LWeide   No, I’m not.  Community Council members are just knowledgeable volunteers.

Hello everyone.

Thanks for reaching out about the heart rate graphs. I can confirm, some of my graphs are still not showing the colors. I would like to report this. Would you be so kind to share with me your Fitbit app version and your smartphone model? Thanks in advance.

Have a nice day!

My Fitbit app version is 3.73 (37381041). I'm using a Motorola g(7) Android version 10 that is fully up to date.

Thank you for working to get this reported! 😁

Fitbit app version 3.73 (37381041), Pixel 7 Pro (Android 13, january security patch).

EDIT: I log my workouts using Pixel Watch.

Kinda disappointed that it is still not fixed.

I think I have found a way to force the app to show colours other than just yellow. After I've done a workout, my chart is only yellow. But... if I then go and look at the resting heart rate, then go back to the workout, the colours appear.

Hello everyone! Thanks for the details. @Zea85 Thanks for the workaround.

I will report this and let you know once I have more news about this. In the meantime please use this as a workaround in order for the colors to show on the graph. Thanks again.

Any news @RodrigoMFitbit ?

It's still not working correctly for me on Android app version 3.76 (37627011) and I need to use the workaround. Kinda annoying to do it all the time, just to get the graph colors working again.

So yes, this work-around does work.  And I have been using it now for OVER A MONTH.  If Fitbit knows this is a problem, are they going to fix it, or will we just forever have to click to heart rate first, and then go back to the exercise?  I really do not understand what is going on at Fitbit.  They really seem to not care at all about the customer experience or how they present their data.  😞

I also have the same issue.  I have Samsung S21 Ultra and using Fibit 3.76 app.  Workaround works but hoping we see a fix soon.

Hello everyone. Thanks for your patience. I do not have any news regarding this. Please keep on using the workaround to get the colors to show on the graphs.  I reported it again. We shall see how that goes!

Well apparently it is not going anywhere.  Now into month 3 with a known issue, that apparently has been reported to Fitbit, but no fix.  I don't see a future for Fitbit at all if this is the support they are providing for their products.  🙄

@SueChem Thanks for reaching out about the situation with the graphs.

At the moment the workaround is the temporary solution. This has been reported and I hope it is resolved soon. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.

So the "temporary solution" workaround is now the fix for six months.  I just read a something that said Fitbit  just released some improvements to some of their devices and the app...guess this is just never getting fixed.  The worst part is I bet this is a 5 minute job for anyone on the development team to actually fix, but at this point I feel like nobody cares.

I agree. It's really sad to see that they do not fix it. I was in the contact with support, the classic was "update app and report back or reinstall the app". I did all that many times. The problem is still there. Just today I checked and it's still the same situation. Workaround also still works. I was told that some technician will contact me via email. Nope, didn't happen. I am willing to try beta or report directly or something, just to get this annoying bug fixed.

What did changed is that I do not have Fitbit Premium anymore just because of this bug. Instead I canceled it. I would not mind paying for it to get some extra Fitbit features, but with this kind of support? No thanks! When they fix it I will gladly pay for Premium again.

@matej1990 I'm signed up for beta and that doesn't solve the problem. This bug hasn't been touched at all for a very long time. There are plenty of issues that are not being addressed.

- Heart rate chart colours are still broken - reported end of last year
- Incomplete map displays occasionally in the Android app (it's fine in the web dashboard) - reported in January
- No heart rate view (some users experience that including myself since 3.82), it shows a blank page with "no measurements"
- App deadlocks occasionally when loading multiple maps (for exercises with GPS) in the Exercise view, requires "force stop" - months old issue, still happens
- Inconsistent data for running: splits don't match (don't add up to total distance), and the pace doesn't match - this has been there for years for example, distance says 14.11km but splits add up to 14.08km.
- No seconds for the duration in the Exercise details (only hours and minutes). Need to tap the Edit icon to see the real duration (years old issue)
- Charts in the Exercise view are limited to what's loaded. Necessary to scroll down to fill charts with past data (they should automatically fill at least currently viewed month) - since new charts have been introduced

This is just off the top of my head.
