Hi I have recently bought a new Fitbit charge 2. I synced it up and all seem to be working well. However the last few days I have noticed that even when resting my heart rate is exceptionally high. it is usually 56 when resting however it is currently showing 96 when resting. I also find that when exercising, it is showing my heart rate to be much higher than what it was with my old Fitbit.
Please advise

Hi @Erialc101, nice to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community! I was reading your resting and Heart rate measurements when you are doing exercise is higher than it was with your old Fitbit tracker.
Keep in mind Heart rate reading varies depending on several factors like movement, temperature, humidity, stress level, physical body position, caffeine intake, and medication. For more help please review our help article: What should I know about my heart rate data?
If the issue persists and is not related to any of the previous suggestions, it would not hurt to try to perform a restart on your tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Hope this help sand stay tuned if you have other questions.
