Hi,

I have just puchased a charge 2 as i was under the impression it would give me details of my heart rate.

 

It is not showing in the android app and I have no idea how to access it on the dashboard.

 

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

My charge 2 have this problem too(i just buy it today)

it really disappointed me 

I hope they have way to fix it

I am returning it because i spoke with an agent who told me the flex2 does NOT measure heartbeat.

It is not a feature of this product. Return it to choose one that does
monitor heart rate. There is no fix.

I bought a Charge 2 HR. It is a feature of that model? 

Its ok I worked it out myself.
