Heart rate no measurements error - Google Pixel 3

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've gone through multiple posts on this forum and can't seem to figure out the issue. My brand new Charge 4 seems to be working well except for the HR tracker. When tap the tracker in the app, it takes me to a page that only says 'No measurement.' And yes, I've gone to this page and waited for over 5 minutes... nothing.

I've tried several fixes, including clearing the cache, restarting the app, restarting the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, changing where the watch is on my wrist, the tightness of the watch, restarting the watch, and doing a factory reset of the watch. Still nothing.

I'm using a Pixel 3 with the latest Android update. Anyone have any ideas?
