A phone restart required to re-enable notifications

I have recently got a fitbit inspire and its been working fine up until last week. usually I would get notifications for everything that came on my Huawei phone, but now nothing comes up.

I've tried reconnecting it via Bluetooth, reinstalling the fitbit app, and restarting my phone on several occasions, but after a few minutes the same problem happens.

ive checked for any updates and it says my inspire is up to date, so what should I do?

@xnishx A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for the details mentioned.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Since the notifications settings have been checked please force quit the app, reset Bluetooth, restart your Inspire, refresh notifications and set them up again. Check out this article for instructions.

If you are still experiencing issues after trying the troubleshooting mentioned above please let me know the Huawei phone model that you have.

Let me know how it goes.
