I can not get hr graph on my android phone, shows no measurement but it shows up on my iPad.

When I go to Bluetooth and touch sense, an error reads, “an app is needed to use this devise “

Bluetooth is working between android phone and sense

Thank you

My phone is a Samsung S20 , android 10

I have tried all the above plus some.

It all started when I received the Sense, everything worked well except no BPM graph but it showed BPM on the main screen. Then 3 days later the graph showed with out any changes.

All normal for one day then it would not sync with the phone, had to force close and it would okay for 3 hrs, done this 3 times.

next day it would not sync at all until Sense was set back to factory setting and I reinstall Fitbit app, now it is working properly for syncing but now again I have no BPM graph

this is getting very frustrated and I had the watch for only 7 days, worked with
Fitbit and they are supposedly working on it.

When it does work it is everything I am looking for.
