Just got my Fitbit HR. I can see my heart rate on the watch but not in the app. It keeps saying: no messurement. What can I do?

Have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the Android App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

Hello, @Jessiepoel! Welcome to the Forums! Please try to log out, reboot your phone, log back in and finally sync again. If this doesn't work you can try to Uninstall/reinstall the App.
