Help! I have a new versa 2 that i got yesterday.  My heart rate shows up on the fit bit but will not show up in the app. Everything else shows up in the app fine. How do i fix this?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When you sync your device with the app, all the stats are synced but heart rate information? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.
