If you look at your social media account, your appstore reviews, and even just google - many thousands are saying the same thing - we are not syncing! This is not just one type of fitbit.
I have been using Fitbit since it came out. I am tech savvy and I did all your FAQ tips and tricks. When I am lucky, I get a sync after spending so much time going through all the steps again. Yes my permissions are correct, yes I have installed again, yes I have restarted the actual fitbit, yes it is charged, no it is not damaged. I bought this InspireHR in July and since September (like many of the other internet people reaching out) it has sucked since your last update to the app.
Not only are so many having my same issues but the heart rate does not work as well and it marks me as sleeping when I am at my desk job and never did before. Is anything being done or an honest admittance there is an issue on YOUR side? Yes, I am frustrated because I have spent so much money and years with a company that is starting to respond very robotic like making it sound like user error when so many cases with same comments makes it clear that there is a real issue. Own it and I would be quick to forgive, calm down and understand a fix is coming.

I am having the same problem. Last week, my Charge 3 stopped displaying anything and just before customer service could tell me to do a reststart, boom, the face display started working, but now, my device will not sync with either my android or iphone and the clock is a good 5 mins slow. I've restarted, rebooted, uninstalled, reinstalled, forced a stop and my device still can not be found on either app. I've had the Charge 3 since Feb, and up until last week it was great. Extremely frustrating!

Exactly. Not only is it not syncing for so many people (google it, seriously or check out their FB page, all their ads people comment this on since they took down review the page) but notifications do not work anymore either for many (not all). It is just very obvious whatever their last update was triggered this.

I'm getting sleep and notifications, also no problems with responding through the wrist.

If you have android 8.0 (oreo) I've been told it's a known issue that they're "working on"....I'm just over here hoping that my phone gets the bump to 9.0 (pie) soon, because I have more faith in that than I do in a fix ACTUALLY coming. That just makes me sad.
